How is that content included in the newspaper?

The text as well as any visual elements like photographs and graphics you wish to incorporate on a regular basis in HotelPress – for instance your logo and any welcoming remarks you may want to direct to your guests – are send to us prior to us supplying your first edition. We will then design your own personal edition according to your particular requirements.

Do you want to keep your guests abreast with the latest developments relating to your establishment?

No problem. As from now you are in a position to use every single edition of HotelPress as a medium to convey your own news – at no additional cost. Irrespective of whether you want to recommend specific dishes on your menu, alert guests to particular events, or inform them about special offers – HotelPress will include any information you want to communicate in your personalized edition.

How does it work?

Very simple: You download the Word-document here, write your editorial contribution, select the photographs you want to include and send it to herstellung@hotelpress.net. Provided we receive your content before 10:00 (central european time), it will be published on the same day in your personalized edition where it will remain in its designated position until you instruct us otherwise.

You can now task your porter to prepare the edition for the next day, safe in the knowledge that you will be able to use your personal edition as a vehicle to transmit the latest news and up to date information on your menu or any other relevant facts relating to your establishment.
